A Christian Approach to Dispute Resolution

Private arbitration and mediation rooted in Catholic tradition—guided by Scripture, grounded in moral clarity, and built for reconciliation.

"When one of you has a grievance against a brother, does he dare go to law before the unrighteous instead of the saints?"

1 Corinthians 6:1

"In order to avoid judicial contentions an agreement or reconciliation is employed usefully, or the controversy can be committed to the judgement of one or more arbitrators."

Code of Canon Law 1713

  • Fidelis leverages a network of highly-respected neutrals with decades of expertise across the legal spectrum, including commercial disputes, contracts, personal injury, employment, and family-related matters.

  • Awards issued by Fidelis are enforceable in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act or state-law governing arbitral awards.
